Chinese receiver news: Kchibo KK-S7600L

Dual conversion receiver with sync detection andseparate SSB/USB

PLL with 1 kHz minimal tuning step
Clock, 2 timers, calendar and sleep timer

External antenna connector
RF gain control (?)
Audio line input
77mm 8Ohm 3W speaker
LCD and keyboard backlight with 10-sec off-timer
External power supply (included) 9V 1A


Two interesting features:
it has IR remote control with 4m range
And it uses two 18650 Li-Ion rechargeable cells as standalone power source

    Thanks for a near future look at Kchibo's newly announced KK-S7600S. Does anyone know when and from who it will be available and an approximate listing price?

  2. Mark, this receiver is vapourware like Redsun RP-3000/3100. It known for a years, but i have no any info about real receivers and sales.

  3. Thanks for your response: The original release date had been delayed due to engineering concerns and unknown demand here in the US. However, as I learned recently, the plans for production for the S7600L have been cancelled without explanation.
